Why are the prices of our 2 story homes lower per sq. ft. than our 1 story homes?
We are able to build 2 story homes at a lower price per sq. ft. because it is cheaper to build up rather than out. The foot print of a 2 story home is smaller than the foot print for a 1 story home which reduces cost.
